Job Description:

Achieve staffing objectives by providing a continuous inflow of candidates with relevant profiles using search capabilities, screening / evaluating the candidates, creating and managing interview schedules, coordinating with external recruitment consultants, maintain internal candidate database and recruitment status, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for new and existing positions
  • Build applicant sources by researching various public profile databases
  • Create and maintain the candidate database and status throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Conduct screening tests and interviews of the candidates as required
  • Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Approach various educational organizations and arrange for campus recruitments
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new recruitment policies and practices

Required skills:

  • 4-5 years  experience in IT recruitment for high technology oriented product based companies
  • Has worked on sourcing technically skilled candidates for Development, QA, Services, Sales and Technical Support teams for product based companies.
  • Ability to penetrate relevant IT organizations and establish contact with passive candidates thru strong references
  • Ability to understand technical terms, aware about various computer technologies and platforms
  • Ability to do an accurate matching of profiles with the job description
  • Experience with screening candidates, organizing tests
  • Participated / organized campus recruitment programs
